Tricoff Cough Expectorant is manufactured by Sphinx Pharmaceuticals Ltd Kenya. It contains per 5mls Chlorpheniramine Hcl 1mg, Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 5mg, Promethazine 2.5mg, Ephedrine hydrochloride 7.5mg, Ammonium hydrochloride 90mg, and Sodium citrate 45mg. Tricoff is indicated for the relief of stuffed up noses, colds and flus, hay fever, runny noses, watery eyes, sneezing, congested airways, chesty coughs and irritating coughs.
