Trimex Mucolytic Cough Syrup is manufactured by Regal Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Kenya. In 5mls, it contains Bromohexidine Hcl 4mg, Salbutamol 2mg and Guaiphenesin 100mg. It is indicated for congestive pulmonary infections, associated with an excess amount of heavy mucus. It relieves coughs, and aids in dilation of the bronchial passage easing breathing.
