Description
Dapefy SM 10/100/1000 is a prescription antidiabetic medicine used to help control blood sugar levels in adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Each tablet contains a combination of dapagliflozin 10mg, sitagliptin 100mg, and metformin 1000mg, providing three complementary mechanisms to improve glycaemic control.
This triple-combination therapy helps reduce glucose production by the liver, improves the body’s response to insulin, and promotes the removal of excess glucose through urine. It is commonly prescribed for patients whose blood sugar levels are not adequately controlled with single or dual antidiabetic therapy.
