FRAMYDEX (Framycetin 0.06g/Gramicidin 0.5/Dexamathasone 0.005g) EYE n EAR DROPS 8ML

Framycetin is used in concentrations of 0.5% for infections of the eye and ear. It is often used with other antibacterials like Gramicidin or Neomycin and corticosteroids like Dexamethasone in topical preparations.
