Levobunolol is used as the hydrochloride to reduce raised intra-ocular pressure in open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It is usually used in Kenya as a 0.5% ophthalmic solution instilled once or twice daily; alternatively a 0.25% solution may be instilled twice daily.
