Malarone Adult Tablets contain a combination of Atovaquone 250mg and Proguanil Hydrochloride 100mg. They are widely used for malaria prevention in travelers visiting high-risk areas and for treatment of malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum.
Uses:

Prevention (Prophylaxis): Start 1–2 days before entering a malaria-endemic area, take daily during stay, and continue for 7 days after leaving.
