ROBIDOM SR contains; Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor with actions and uses similar to those of omeprazole. It is given by mouth in the treatment of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcer disease or Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It also contains Domperidone; a dopamine antagonist with actions and uses similar to those of metoclopramide. It is used as an antiemetic for the short-term treatment of nausea and vomiting of various aetiologies in Kenya.
